The Measured levels show the relative receptor levels measured by quantitative Western blot analysis in the presence (+) and absence (-) of proteasome inhibitor, MG132. The Incremental change is the calculated change in receptor between 0-2, 2-4, and 4-8 time intervals. The Calculated changes in receptor levels due to proteolysis (last column) are graphically represented in Figure 4A-D. Positive values indicate a net increase in receptor levels. Negative values represent a net decrease in receptor levels.
